I'm not sure if I'm 100 percent happy with the design...too plain?
Maybe the face needs more dimension?
I was also thinking of replacing the "TIME" with "HOPE"

I wouldn't say plain, I'd say economical, which is a nice contrast to some of ours that are overflowing with type and distraction. I'd definitely stop to look at this one on the street.
